1. About these terms
These terms govern use of our website and client portal, operated by BI22 I.T Consultancy Ltd (trading as CongruityDocs). By using the site or portal you agree to them. Paid services are governed by our Terms of Business; personal data by our Privacy Policy; cookies by our Cookie Policy.
2. Accounts
- Portal accounts are for business clients. You must provide accurate registration information and complete onboarding, including acceptance of the Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.
- Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
- Where several people use one business account, the account holder is responsible for everything done through it, including acceptance of our terms and any documents uploaded or downloaded.
- We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, for security reasons, or where an account has been inactive with no live engagement for 12 months. We will give reasonable notice where we can, and will deal with any documents in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.
- If you lose access to your account, contact us at Privacy@congruitydocs.co.uk and we will verify your identity before restoring access.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the site or portal unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights;
- upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the service (including probing, scanning or load-testing without consent);
- scrape or copy site content for republication without permission;
- upload content you have no right to share.
4. Intellectual property
The site, portal software and our branding are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print content for your own business use with us. Client materials and deliverables are dealt with under the Terms of Business.
5. Availability and changes
The portal is provided on an "as available" basis. We may suspend it for maintenance, security or reasons beyond our control (including third-party service outages), and will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption. We may change or withdraw features.
6. Liability
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or portal itself; liability relating to paid engagements is dealt with in the Terms of Business.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
